At Bayou Magnolia, each candle is thoughtfully hand-poured in small batches to ensure the highest level of quality and care.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days following payment confirmation, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Bayou Magnolia is not responsible for delays once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier. Delivery times may vary due to carrier volume, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

We kindly ask that you verify your shipping address at checkout. Bayou Magnolia cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Return and Exchange Policy

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. This policy allows us to maintain strict quality control and uphold the integrity of our small-batch production process.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@bayoumagnolia.org and include your order number along with clear photographs of the issue. Approved claims may qualify for a replacement at our discretion.

Bayou Magnolia reserves the right to assess each claim individually and to deny requests that do not meet the terms outlined above.
